Journal can support display of activity-specific badges in the comments section of the detail view. (See http://bugs.sugarlabs.org/ticket/3209) The 'OneAcademy' activity uses this feature to 'reward' the user as they progress through the activity. This task is to generalize this mechanism by adding glue to the toolkit to do what is currently hardcoded into the OneAcademy activity. Note that we are currently in Feature Freeze, therefore you should submit a patch, but not a Pull Request when you complete this task.
