Research and recommend fonts which cover languages that aren't very well covered currently

Haiku only includes a handful of fonts in the base install and some languages don't have full coverage. Research available open-source fonts and make suggestions for which fonts might be a good additionn to Haiku, either in the base install or as OptionalPackages.
Be sure to check these fonts in Haiku with a variety of languages enabled. Also check them in WebPositive.
