Showing health statistics in GUI (STRATOS-1244)

Apache Stratos is a highly-extensible Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) which include multitenancy, Multi fractured auto scaling, Cloud bursting and Scalable dynamic load balancing. It consumes a lot of processing power and memory but this product currently doesn't have a UI to show health statistics of its product (clusters) and instances.
