Add SMT/HT awareness to DragonFlyBSD scheduler

The aim of this project is to add awareness of SMT (Simultaneous multithreading/HyperThreads) to DragonFly scheduler so that scheduling on multithreaded CPUs (HyperThreading technology) improves.
