Cheese integration with Empathy. Background substitution plug-in

First proposal is to have in Empathy as much as possible of what’s available in Cheese : create an avatar from Cheese, use a subset of Cheese as the video source in Empathy (with effects too :) Second proposal is a Background substitution plug-in.
