Adding new advanced chart types in BIRT

As shown in some helpwant bugs the community is missing a few additional chart or diagram types in BIRT. The goal of the project is to add three further types. Most wanted chart type is the VENN-type. A second interesting chart type is the RADAR-type. In addition there is another one. The DONUT-type.
