MIFOSX-1724: Provide service around group administration

Provide a service to administrate groups.
This includes:
- creating a group
- retrieve all groups
- retrieve specific group
- retrieve account information for a group
- update group
- delete group
All mandatory fields and needed validation should be done on the client side to reduce chattiness.
Provide unit tests.
