The current Tour Panel lacks a tool button that allows to add a Wait Item as can be seen in the Moon Tour.

- Please change the current + icon to the flag icon that is visible on the left.

- Please add a button next to it to the right which allows to add a wait item. The button should have the same icon as displayed in the listview in the moon toor. The created Waititem itself should display in the same way as for the moon tour. The WaitItem should be saved to and loaded from the tour KML file.
