Develop a Jekyll site with the content and structure of 2011.fossasia.org that can be hosted on github pages. Please use a clean design and implement a theme that can easily be changed. The goal is to archive the content of the 2011 event.

Background

The website 2011.fossasia.org was developed for the event of 2011. At that time, we needed a registration system and different features of a Drupal CMS. We want to keep the website and be able to change something if needed (e.g. bottom menu links or code of Facebook), but we would like to host it as a solution, that does not need a server. We hope to reduce the needs for updates and server maintenance.
