Add menus on bottom of FOSSASIA GCI website

For our FOSSASIA GCI website at http://fossasia.github.io we would like to see some nice menus on the bottom similar to http://blog.fossasia.org with three menus in a darker color.
The menus will be a) Social Media, b) FOSSASIA links, and c) FOSSASIA events, e.g. FOSSASIA 2010 at http://2010.fossasia.org etc.
