RaspberryPi: Die Cut Cardboard Case 1
completed by: TSharp
mentors: AJ Williams, Arc Riley, David Czech
When Raspberry Pi computers were brand new there were many creative fold-up paperboard case designs published on the web, however there have been few to none for the new B+ model which has a different layout.
Design an original fold-up case for the Raspberry Pi B+ as vector art (SVG). The design should fit snugly around the board and the ports, include support to keep the shape, and provide some air flow to prevent overheating. Printable folding directions may be included around the outside of the die cut lines.
You will need a RaspberryPi B+ computer to work on this task to test your design, in addition to a printer, paperboard, and appropriate scissors/knife.
There are several versions of this task which different students may complete. Every student who completes one of these tasks will receive task credit and published on our website.
While working on this task you should join and remain in #CopyleftGames on Freenode to get help, feedback, and guidance from mentors and other developers.
When you've done, upload your GNU GPLv3 licensed design SVG along with a photo of the finished design folded up to this task.
