The MediaWiki extension TimedMediaHandler has the following problem:

TimedMediaHandler is missing the i18n message for timedmedia-flac.

Steps to see:
*Go to https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Lysenko-The-Sailboat.flac (or
some other flac file)
*On the player, click the menu button
*Click the download icon (looks like an underlined down arrow)
*Notice the "Original <timedmedia-flac> file (1.39 Mbps)",
(Where <timedmedia-flac> denotes the missing message)

Also noticable on:
*https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/api.php?action=query&prop=videoinfo&titles=File:Lysenko-The-Sailboat.flac&viprop=derivatives&format=jsonfm&vilimit=3

Students are required to read Wikimedia's general instructions first. Patches should be submitted to Gerrit and reference the bug report in the commit message. Improvements to an initial patch must be submitted as an amendment  to the initial patch, not as new patches.
