Currently KDE ships many plasmoids under kdeplasma-addons, kde-workspace and differenet repos. Currently list is on http://techbase.kde.org/Projects/Plasma/Plasmoids but screenshots and other information in wiki are too outdated. 

You have to update this screenshots and information.

For editing information you need account on KDE Identity.
