Fedora 20 is set for release on December 10th and is now after the final change deadline so all packages we rely on should remain unchanged until release.

Install a fresh Fedora 20 prerelease and document the yum command (and any other steps) needed to install both libsoy and PySoy on this release in the INSTALL files.
