PySoy: Shader Basic Vertex

Write a vertex and simple fragment shader which renders monochrome (soy.materials.Material) bodies in the gles2
branch of libsoy.
Any other minor issues with rendering using OpenGL ES 2.0 should be resolved as needed in order to get very basic rendering working in this new branch.
While working on this task you should join and remain in #PySoy on Freenode to get help, feedback, and guidance from mentors and other developers. Code updates which may affect your work are also announced here as they happen.
