Now that we've selected out i18n platform and setup internationalization support in the app itself, we need to piece together the final components necessary to automate the internationalization of the strings.

The user should create a transifex account for isitfedoraruby as part of the Fedora rpojext, and setup transifex to automatically read our POT file on updates. From there the user should ensure updating our app results in updated translations and everything works end to end.
