Currently the isitfedoraruby.com site runs on the one of the developer's servers. We need to run this in production on openshift and allow any developer to push updates to the website

The student

- should setup the rails application on openshift

- upload the developer's public ssh keys to the application

- writeup instructions to deploy the application and attach those to this task

After this is done, the mentor will point the domain at the instance running on openshift and mark this task as closed
