PySoy: Rainbow Pattern

Refactor the normalization cubemap generation function to be a pattern called "rainbow", then write a 2d pattern which generates a similar rainbow pattern on a 2d texture.
Write an example that uses both the 2d and cubemap on spheres, boxes, and a billboard.
