PySoy: Fix Box Tangents

Now that we can render bumpmaps, we can see that the tangents used by the
Box
class are wrong. Update the texcoords and tangents of a box
such that 2d textures render the same tangent orientation as if they were on
every side of a Cubemap, then update the tangent array generation to match.
