Write several small unit tests for creating multiple Fixed joints, connecting and disconnecting bodies to them, confirming that bodies cannot move relative to each other, deleting joints with bodies still attached to them, and deleting bodies with joints still attached to them.

Some of these tests may fail, and some may even currently cause a segfault. Extra credit if you find a bug with your tests and post a ticket for it.
