Catalogue all the available resources (grammatical descriptions, wordlists, bilingual and monolingual dictionaries, spellcheckers, papers, corpora, etc.), along with the licences they are under. See for example the page Aromanian which was documented last year.

Currently the apertium wiki documents Farsi as "Iranian Persian" at http://wiki.apertium.org/wiki/Iranian_Persian.  Feel free to move this page to something different if you feel it's appropriate.

One way of finding resources is to use Google. Some key words you might start by searching for:

• "farsi/persian dictionary"
• "farsi/persian morphologial analyser"
• "farsi/persian corpus"
• "farsi/persian parallel corpus"
• "farsi/persian grammar"
• etc.

You will need to make sure your searches are able to find resources in languages other than English.
