Icon themes customize the appearance of your desktop environment. An icon theme will change the appearance of your toolbar, your folders and your file type pictures.
Go to http://en.opensuse.org/SDB:Installing_icon_themes and use the guide there. you have to use openSUSE 12.1 KDE
The final video should have subtitles in .srt or other easy to translate format.
