Create template files, functions, and API to manage the viewing and editing of bbPress plugin for WordPress's user profile data. This should at the very least match existing bbPress stand-alone functionality.

Much of this code exists within the WordPress admin area already, but will need to be ported over into bbPress templates for front-end editing.
