Create a new account at http://parrot.org/user/register, go to http://parrot.org/download and click "edit" (if you don't have permissions to edit the page, please contact the people in #parrot at irc.perl.org). That way you can obtain the wiki source in HTML for that page.

Translate it to German, and hand in the result in a similar format as the original.
