Task Description: Parrot used to use SVN as it's source control software but has recently switched to Git. Some of Parrot's old documentation is still talking about SVN and it needs to be updated.

On the Parrot wiki there is a page called NewParrotDeveloperGuide that talks about all the commands using SVN. This needs to be updated.

Steps to Complete:

1. Create an account on the Parrot Trac wiki
2. Go to the page NewParrotDeveloperGuide
3. Update all the information there to refer to the new Git commands and workflow instead of the old SVN commands
4. Save your work to the wiki (Multiple saves to do small chunks is acceptable, and easier to review)
