The Plugin configuration dialog should receive a button "Default" to restore defaults for the plugin configuration dialogs. This should be done for the positionmarker, earthquake plugin and coordinate grid plugin.

The default button should be located next to the Ok, Apply and Cancel button the same way as for other KDE applications.
