Explain how to create a BOINC project with Debian

• Explanation: The Berkeley Open Infrastructure for Network Computing (BOINC) gets quite some support for their clients on Debian and Ubuntu. But there is no Debian Server package - and maybe one does not really need one, maybe one does. The student should follow the instructions by upstream to prepare one of the example projects with Debian and explain how to do it.

• Results: A wiki page explaining how to set up a complete BOINC project with as much Debian as possible.
